550 km off the Costa Rican Pacific coast, the Isla Cocos is located half way between the American mainland and the Galapagos islands. The Isla Coco National Park is an unique destination, classified as a UNESCO world heritage. On this volcanic island you will find impressive waterfalls dropping down to the sea. This is also a world renowned diving spot. Divers come there to explore the coral reefs and to encounter hammerheads, sting rays, tunas, whale sharks, barracudas, angelfishes, groupers, giant mouraenas, etc.
